Read the ingredient name on the offer before weighing its claims. The broad phrase “peptide care” leaves the actual product unclear.

The product name and its status

A peptide is a type of substance

A peptide links together a short string of the parts used to build proteins.

Write down the ingredient name, rather than only the package name.

Ask whether the offer is a tablet, spray, cream or injection.

Keep each ingredient of a blend on your question list.

Products sit in different groups

US rules separate approved medicines, medicines compounded within the law, and unapproved drugs; these categories were checked on September 26, 2026.

FDA means the US medicines agency.

Compounding means a pharmacist, doctor or facility listed with FDA prepares a medicine from ingredients instead of supplying a finished factory product.

Lawful compounding still does not give a medicine FDA approval, under the guidance checked on September 26, 2026.

Ask which group describes the exact item in the plan.

Ask for the record that supports the answer.

Do not let an ingredient name stand in for the finished product’s status.

Epitalon needs its own answer

Epitalon is a man-made peptide also spelled epithalon.

Epitalon had neither US approval nor official US prescribing information as of September 28, 2026.

Official prescribing information is the detailed medicine document often called a drug label; the name printed on a bottle is not that document.

Ask for evidence about epitalon itself.

Read the epitalon comparison before treating an anti-aging claim as an established result.
