What an in-person visit needs to answer

A visit in a room gives you a place to discuss the offer face to face. Make the purpose clear before agreeing to a treatment plan.

Give the visit a useful job

Lead with the change you want, rather than the peptide name from an advert.

Ask what an examination could help explain.

Bring the proposed product name and any written claims.

List medicines and supplements in your own words.

Ask what else could explain the concern that brought you in.

Keep different offers separate

If a clinic offers other treatments alongside peptides, ask what each treatment involves and consider it separately.

What is this intended to change?

Which evidence concerns this exact treatment?

Who will assess whether it fits my situation?

Can I consider it without agreeing to the rest of the package?

Leave with the reasoning

The group that represents state medical boards advises clinicians to do the tests needed for an assessment, arrange them, or refer you elsewhere for them.

That advice is offered to state boards; it does not itself create a legal rule.

Ask what remains unanswered after the visit.

Request the names of any proposed tests and what decision each would change.

Ask who will review the results with you.

Request a written plan you can read at home.
